Amazon Seller Services runs a platform that enables vendors to market their goods online in India and worldwide. Over the last few years, the world has been pushed nearly entirely into digital commerce. With huge stores and entrepreneurs now selling online, the e-commerce market has become more competitive.

Rules to Create an Amazon Seller Account

Step 1: Choose between the Professional Seller Plan and the Individual Seller Plan.

Evaluate the goods users want to list when selecting an Amazon Selling Services. Individuals and Commercial Sellers alike can offer products in over 20 categories. Another ten categories are exclusively available to Professionals Sellers who apply for and complete the qualifications.

The following are the primary distinctions between the Expert Amazon Seller Plan and the Single Seller Plan:

Individual Expect: Recommended if you plan to sell fewer than 40 products each month. There is no monthly subscription charge. However, one selling charges are $ 1 per item plus referral and changeable closing fees. (If anyone wishes to skip forward, we’ll address the selling fees afterwards.)

Professional Plan: Unless you sell fewer than 40 things monthly, most known brands will begin here. The monthly subscription charge is $39.99, plus referral and variable closing fees.

Step 2: Open an Amazon Seller Account

You will need the following items for the next step:

  • A credit card with worldwide charging capabilities
  • Banking details
  • Tax identification number

To begin the registration procedure, go to the “Sell on Amazon” page and scroll to the bottom.

Tips for configuring your Amazon Shopping login:

  • Separate your individual and commercial emails. Consider utilising a distinct email address for your business rather than the one associated with your personal Prime account.
  • If you still don’t have an email account, try setting one up using Gmail before logging in to Shopify Store.
  • Keep in mind that each Amazon Seller Servicesaccount you create will need a unique email address.

Step 3: Comply with Amazon’s Prompts

Once you’ve chosen a username, Amazon will ask you to complete many further steps, including:

  • Seller Contract / Information: You will need your company name and address, a mobile or landline phone number, a chargeable credit card and a legitimate bank account, and your tax details.
  • Billing / Deposit: You will choose your professional selling plan and fees here.
  • Tax Information: Select whether you are a lone owner or a business here. What is the main distinction? Individuals and sole proprietors utilise their Social Security Card as the tax identification number rather than an Employer Identification Number.
  • Product Information: Amazon may ask various questions regarding your products, such as UPCs if you produce the products, and how many you want to sell.

Once you’ve finished these steps, you’ll be able to access your Seller Central dashboard, which includes sections for controlling inventory, costing, sales, advertising, reporting, and performance. Don’t forget to include the products & fill out the “About Seller” section to tell the Marketplace about your company. You can also put your company logo, FAQs, and privacy policies.
